We started our decorating. Liz has reached
nadir so it's been pretty low key around here, but the tree and most of the village went up yesterday. Our friend Nic-T from the Cape-B came by to instruct us on proper placement of the lights and our sad little tree looks better than it ever has!
The christmas village is mostly assembled (Maggie's job!) and there are a few bulbs to replace there.
There are wreaths on the doors, etc but the tree and the village are the backbone of our decorations.
What are the lady and the tramp doing in the pet shop? I wonder if THIS pet shop is just where the pets do their shopping. Another possibility: the snowmen having a little meeting below are dog slave traders.
Here we have a water tower with a santa face bridge. This city planner knew what she was doing. Also, note the unique plant life which seems to be growing upside down from the top of the roof.
Last, we'll leave you with the latest white board. This one is a mixed media creation!
