jobs, stories, dewclaws

Busy week! We celebrated new jobs, celebrated finishing existing contracts, Maggie's hard work with her storytellers club paid off and she was feted at Storyfest 2009. Scarlett tore her dewclaw and had to have it removed, and laid about with her foot elevated feeling sorry for herself.

Maggie (dressed as a princess) looks unsure about her mussels-- she didn't expect the cream sauce. She did eat every one!

Poor puggy. She milked it for all it was worth-- the little soft cast is off now and she is running around just fine.

Maggie is a little under the weather so we stayed in all weekend. She rallied today so we saw "Hotel for Dogs" and she had some nice healing mussels in broth. It was uncommonly warm and sunny!

Unrelated to the movie choice, Maggie was also a cat all day.
